Brothers Nathan Vecellio and Michael Vecellio terrorized opposing defenses on the pitch while playing together for Shady Spring High School.

Now the dynamic duo hopes to do the same on the college pitch.

One year after Michael signed to play men's soccer with WVU Tech, Nathan followed suit Thursday afternoon.

Michael has been dealing with an injury that required surgery on his hip, but he was on hand and talked about the challenges ahead for his brother.

"The main thing is the speed of the game, but the mistakes in college are just so much more costly than in high school," Michael said. "In college, you have to be on it and it is a learning process. Being new to it, you are going to make mistakes, but mistakes are how you grow."

Knowing his brother better than anyone in regards to soccer, Michael documented the main challenges ahead for Nathan.

"I think strength will be an area to work on and also being able to get out of his comfort zone, Michael said. "When he is with players he doesn't know, he can be shy and doesn't dominate the game like we have seen him do all the time. We have seen him dribble through an entire team to score a goal."

Tigers head coach Josiah Smith also gave his insight on his former standout.

Nathan discussed his big day and what he faces moving to the next level.
