The Crusaders erased a 6-1 deficit to rally past Mount View 16-9 Thursday night.

Isaiah Lewis had two hits, including a grand slam, while Kellen Heffernan also had two hits and three RBI.

Jayden Nguyen went 3-for-3 and Kaden Bolen drove in a pair of runs for GBC. Jakob Bolen also had an RBI.

Hunter Muncy had two hits and two RBI for the Golden Knights. Ky'rece Hughes had a three-hit night, including two doubles and Jacob Wright had two hits.

Christiansburg, Va. 3, PikeView 2

Bluefield - PikeView suffered its first loss of the season Thursday night with a 3-2 setback to Christiansburg, VA. in the Allen D. Coppinger Tournament.

The Blue Demons took a 3-0 lead after two innings and held on for the win to advance to the championship game Saturday against Woodrow Wilson at 3:30 p.m.

Ethan Wayman had two hits for Christiansburg, while Rocco Fizzano had two triples and was 4-for-4 at the plate.

Trenton Tolliver and Eli Hilling had an RBI for the Panthers who will play Tazewell, Va. in the 3rd-place game Saturday at 1 p.m.
