Postseason baseball is quickly approaching and play will commence May 12 and continue through May 22 (If needed).

Sectional tournaments have been eliminated starting this year. Teams will now compete in a double-elimination regional format. Games are to be played consecutively.

Each region will be seeded by coaches votes and split into two brackets (shown below). The winners of each bracket will meet in a best-of-three series which starts as early as May 26.

The state baseball tournament will be played June 5-7 at Go-Mart Park in Charleston.

Class A in Region 3 started with eight teams to begin the season, however, Meadow Bridge no longer has a baseball team. Regional play will now follow a seven-team bracket similar to AA Region 4, which is shown below.

The teams include Greenbrier West, Greater Beckley, Montcalm, Mt. View, Richwood, River View and Webster County.
