Marietta, Ohio - Independence rolled into the Buckeye State to play a football game for the first time in school history.
Independence handled the trip just fine with a rolling clock in the fourth quarter.
Riding a big night from senior Sylas Nelson and sophomore quarterback Brock Green, the Patriots shutout Warren Local, 35-0.
Green completed 11 passes for 286 yards and four touchdowns, while Nelson rushed for 207 yards on 22 totes and another touchdown.
Independence (3-0) is on the road next week at Scott.
