HS Football: Midland Trail steamrolls Greenbrier West

Rayce Dickerson throws three touchdown passes to lead the Patriots past the Cavaliers

Charmco - Sophomore quarterback Rayce Dickerson threw three touchdown passes to guide AA No. 7 Midland Trail past Class A No. 13 Greenbrier West, 55-8 Friday.

Dickerson had strikes to Jamison Swafford (8), Gage Johnson (71) and Xaylen Johns (1).

Jayden Roop had another big game rushing for 143 yards and two scores (6, 55), along with touchdown runs from Jake Ewing (3) and Max White (47).

Jasper Swafford connected on a 23-yard touchdown to Jamison Swafford.

Midland Trail closes out the regular season hosting Lincoln County, while West will host No. 15 Gilmer County.
