
HS Football: Oak Hill bounces back Friday with a win at Shady Spring
Red Devils build a commanding lead and cruise past the Tigers

Shady Spring - Oak Hill raced out to a commanding lead at halftime and cruised past Shady Spring 42-23 Friday night at H.B. Thomas Field.
Red Devil junior standout Antione Hicks was forced under center due to an injury and he responded with three touchdowns, two running and one passing to pace Oak Hill.
Hicks passed for 127 yards and ran for 49 more.
Z Lewis had four catches for 73 yards, but did his biggest damage with two long kick returns to set up a pair of Red Devil scores.
Cade Compton hammered the home team on the ground with 138 yards on 14 carries and one score.
Oak Hill (3-1) travels to Greenbrier East Friday night, while Shady Spring (1-3) visits PikeView.
