HS: Princeton knocks off Greenbrier East in AAA showdown

Tigers hold the Spartans to 30 yards rushing

Princeton 35, Greenbrier East 14

The No. 2 rated Tigers tallied 472 yards of total offense to knock off the No. 3 rated Spartans 35-14 in a Class AAA showdown at Anne S. Hunnicutt Stadium.

Chance Barker completed 18 passes for 246 yards and two touchdowns to lead Princeton.

Brad Mossor had two rushing scores and Jake Belcher added one more on a night where the Tigers had 208 yards on the ground.

Wyatt Cline and Corbin Justus each had a touchdown reception for the home team.

Brody Hamric threw for 201 yards with a touchdown pass to both Nate Suttle and Grant Burdette.

The Spartans were held to just 30 yards on the ground.
