Lindley is both a Cross Country and Track standout for the Flying Eagles

Beckley's Vance Lindley comes from a family of runners and just like his siblings, has been successful in both cross country and track and field for the Flying Eagles.

Lindley heads into his junior year full of confidence for a big season on the trails and later on the track next spring.

Saturday morning during Media Day for Woodrow Wilson, Lindley talked running and family tradition with me.
