Sports With Rusty - Rowdey's Locker Room Athlete of the Week for Week 5
This year we are going to try something a little new.
We will also be naming an Athlete of the Week, exclusive of football to include golf, cross country, volleyball and soccer.
The award will be handed out each week and we will be using a new format going forward.
The winner will be based on a voting criteria that includes three parts. One vote each from the Sports With Rusty and Rowdey's Locker Room staff, along with one vote from the weekly poll.
So, spread the word and keep voting for your weekly choice.
The link will appear on the Sports with Rusty Facebook page and will also be listed at Sportswithrusty.com
The player with the most fan votes will receive a Sports with Rusty - Rowdey's Locker Room Hype Chain.
**A couple of notes
Stats used must come from the coaches, official stat people for the teams, or websites and apps where games and matches are listed.
Statistics will need to be sent by 11:59pm Sunday night each week.
The voting will close at 11:59pm Wednesday.
