Bluefield - Woodrow Wilson returned to the championship game of the 51st annual Allen D. Coppinger Tournament Thursday night with an 18-0 win over Tazewell, Va. in five innings.

The Flying Eagles scored 12 runs in the first inning and senior Maddex Sims pitched a no-hitter to defeat the Bulldogs.

Sims also collected three hits and an RBI at the dish to aid his own cause.

Parker Williams added two hits, including a double and drove in four runs, while Gage Price also had a double as part of his two-hit night, driving in two RBI.

Drew Gallaher had two hits and three RBI and Tyler Wilhite added a pair of hits and drove in two. Will Farrish was 3-for-3 with an RBI for Woodrow.

The Flying Eagles pound out 17 hits in the win.
